"Caught In the Act" in Tokyo is the main stage of my next book which I started aptly in the vibrant action packed(traffic wise) city of Saigon with its ecclectic mix of old world charm and amazing 21st century progress. What is the "act" in Tokyo? I myself will find out when I have finished this book!!
